Biometric with Document Capture Report

We have two different reports which gets displayed our Biometric and Biometric with document capture report. The primary difference between the two reports are as follows

Biometric Report: This applies to individuals who were verified using a previously enrolled/verified biometric or a biometric received directly from Department of Home Affairs (DHA).

Biometric with Document Capture: This applies to individuals who were required to provide document capture due to the unavailability of a biometric at Department of Home Affairs (DHA), DHA being offline, or the individual being a Non-RSA citizen.

Field Descriptions

ID Verification Results

Document Face Verification Score: Score out of 100

50% and below (No Match Found)

51%-59% (Partial Match)

60% and higher (Matched)

Document Information Results:

Document Information Score: The score given for the matching of the document information against a known source out of 100.

Document Capture: The type of document that was uploaded.
