This section aims to provide you with contextual and informative information about the structure and content of the exception management tab.
In the left-hand panel, select Exception Management.
Apply the date filter by entering the Start Date and End Date.
Note: Ensure you select the correct date range when the verification was performed.
Select the relevant Status Type.
Enter the desired ID number or Pin Code.
Click Find to view the exception.
When a user completes a verification, a set of predefined rules is applied to determine the result. These rules decide whether the verification is:
Automatically approved (System Approved),
Rejected by the system (System Rejected), or
Flagged for exception management, requiring further review by an agent(To Review)
Exception Management gives you, the admin, the ability to review:
Exceptions automatically approved or rejected by the system, and
Pending exceptions that require manual authorization.
Based on the provided information, you can decide whether to accept or reject the user.
